Do you provide residential services?

RTCubed Consulting is primarily interested in business to business consulting. We do welcome those who are looking to upgrade their home office, but we do not as a rule accept residential clients.

Do you provide 24/7 tech support for your clients?

We do try to respond within one business day. If an on-site appointment is needed, we will have to work out a time that can fit into both of our schedules. Some support can be done off-site if you allow access to your network.

You did not answer your phone. When will you return my call?

Due to our busy schedule, we cannot always respond immediately to our telephone and e-mail messages. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to return your phone call or e-mail. We do our best to communicate in as short a time as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

RTCubed Consulting accepts cash, personal and business checks as payment. We also accept the following credit cards for payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
