We provide the following IT services:

There are many more services we can provide.  Windows, Macintosh, and Linux/FreeBSD operating systems are all supported.  Besides our normal hourly rate, a limited number of service contracts are offered:

$400/quarter (payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) - This contract will provide you with 6 hours of my consulting time usable during the quarter.   This type of service contract for IT support will give you one extra hour over the normal hourly rate.

$475/quarter (payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) - This contract will provide you with all the support above, plus  minor web design changes and web hosting for your business website.  The price also includes the registration (or renewal) of one domain name.

Please note that being a small company, we cannot support "emergency" requests.  There are many other companies in this area that specialize in same day technical support, but we want to be honest with you that emergency work is not something that can be supported at this time.  Most work will need to be scheduled late afternoon, early evening, or on weekends.  Some troubleshooting may be able to be done online over the internet via a Remote Desktop Connection or other means.  Please give us a call and we can customize to your needs.
